A Vacation Rental in Hatteras Island, NC
Sail on in to One Particular Harbor and experience a Hatteras vacation like they used to be. OK, except for the WiFi, phone, A/C, and CD player.
One Particular Harbor is a custom designed and built vacation rental in Hatteras Island, NC incorporating the best a beach house can offer. Parking under the house. There is a short walk to the beach (three lots back from oceanfront). Ceiling fans in all the rooms, open, airy floor plan, lots of windows (great ocean and sound views), a handy screened ‘sand’ porch for you and your family/pets to drop towels, chairs, and excess sand before entering the house. The porch also has a double, enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Covered entry into the lower level with three bedrooms (one can be a second master bedroom with the use of a pocket door), a full bath, and the laundry closet. Go upstairs to the main level great room with a beamed cathedral ceiling, a half bath, and the master bedroom with full bath and private deck. The decks have closed access for pet safety/freedom.
When you’re done at the beach you can relax to music, play games/cards or work a puzzle with the family, read any of the generous supply of books (including many on the Outer Banks, flora, fauna, and seashore shells and critters), or just kick back on the front, back or crow’s nest decks.
This cottage does NOT have any TVs. It does, however, have WIFI and unlimited calling available on the phone.
In short, dogs or their people should have a great stay. NO PET FEE for bringing your pet.
